Ideas for New Features in Upgrades

As we at GDM begin planning a software upgrade, we pay special attention to the "wish lists" (i.e. What you really wish the program could do) that our customers have submitted to us.  We ask that the wish list include priorities for each item.  Once we receive the wishes, we make decisions on what new features will be in the next upgrade.  Companies are welcome to query regarding progress on adding specific features of interest during the upgrade development period.

As the upgrade nears completion, we give our company contacts the opportunity to beta test the new version and insure it will be usable in their work.  We usually release the beta 2-4 months before it is ready to sent out commercially.  The company contacts then have an opportunity to react to new features and their implications.

User Notification of New Feature in Updates and Upgrades

New feature information is posted to the GDM web site on a regular basis. ARM 7 or newer software can be downloaded newer version of our software from our GDM website or within ARM go to Help then Check for Update or use the Options, then Check for Updates available.

GDM will send to notifications of upgrades prior to release, and we also distribute literature at the GDM display at professional meetings.

As a company, we are strongly committed to supporting our customers. We very much appreciate our user support in giving us guidance in how our software can better meet their needs

We hear from contract and university researchers how the ARM has increased their business through the efficient ARM reporting. Our data collectors decrease errors and the need for extra summer help to finish reports in timely manner. The contractors say they have decreased their reporting time yet they have increased the number of trials they can manage.

The Investigator Name is Incorrect

GDM charges $25 per license plus shipping to modify the investigator name on a master program diskette after initial license purchase. 

Shipping charges are also billed for shipments outside the continental U.S. or for express shipping.

Consulting and Software Modification Costs

GDM charges US $350.00 per day plus expenses for time spent with a company in planning future program modifications and customizations. We can then submit a price quotation for the cost to implement new features and customizations in our software.
