Problem: The ARM 7 installation hangs when the message
"MSJet 4.0 SP3 is now being installed."
During installation this
message may appear on computers that do not have updated Microsoft Jet
drivers, required for the ARM 7 program.
Resolution: An MDAC70l.EXE patch is available
to download and
install to correct the problem (MDAC = Microsoft Data Access
Components).
- Click 'patch' to
download and install the patch. The download is 11.7 MB. Depending on
your connection speed, this may take up to an hour.
- Then re-install the ARM 7 program.
